This value-added interactive tool allows users to quickly estimate a current valuation of their oil & gas properties based on criteria set by GE Capital Structured Finance's Oil and Gas Group. During the 4-step valuation process, users will be prompted to answer a few simple questions pertaining to their properties and will be asked to input summarized annual production and expense data. Completing all the information requests should take less than 10 minutes, and when complete, OGrv will provide the user with a valuation range and a "SFG Deal Fit table." User registration is required to use OGrv. Valuations are based on forward commodity price curves available at the time the valuation is performed. We highly recommend that users refer to their Summary Engineering Reports or Economic Runs while completeing the 4 steps. User’s cases can be saved, allowing a user to make changes or revalue when market conditions change. Currently, OGrv is only compatible with Internet Explorer.
